55, of Tartaglia Street passed away suddenly June 26, 2006, at Roger Williams Medical Center, Providence.
He was the beloved husband for 22 years of Angelina M. (Patonio) Lupo.
Born in Providence, a devoted son of Rose (Moretta) Lupo of Johnston and the late William D. Lupo Sr., he resided in Johnston since 1984.
Mr. Lupo was a science teacher at Joseph Jenks Junior High School in Pawtucket for the past 32 years.
He graduated from laSalle Academy, Stonehill College and received his master's in teaching from R.I. College.
He was a member of The Sons of Ital Fillippo Mazzei Lodge in Cranston.
He enjoyed gardening, riding his Harley and was a member of the Vengeance Motorcycle Club.
Besides his wife and mother, he was the devoted father of Angelica R. Lupo and William D. Lupo III, both of Johnston, and dear brother of Patrick J. Lupo of Wilton, Conn.
His funeral was held July 1 from the Nardolillo Funeral Home, Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian burial in St. Rocco's Church, Johnston. He was buried in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
